I just emailed this to an endo I have contact with and helps me from

time to time.

Add this one if you want.

I was told by an endo after I asked if I could try cortef to see if

that would help me feel better. " Everyone feels better taking it "

He wouldn't give it to me and told me I was bi-polar and threw me at

the door to suffer a few more months until I found an Environmental

Doc.

I went to that endo for what I thought were adrenal problems. The

environmental doc found I was secondary hypoadrenal, also discovered

I was secondary hypothyroid and seconday hypogonad. The endo really

dropped the ball.

Great list!... I have to say #14 is one of my LONGTIME favorites,

because that's what the drs. have been saying to me for the last 15-

20 yrs.... " You LOOK good... "
