Guest guest
Hi All, I recently started working with Hoops 4 Healing. I believe some of you met Chuck in ville. I think Barb posted the link to the article about Hal 's recent transplant at Cleveland Clinic. Hoops 4 Healing was created by 4 basketball coaches/athletic directors in the Canton, OH area who all have PSC. The goal of the group is to raise awareness for organ donation and funds for PSC research. There is a link to the Hoops 4 Healing website on the PSC Partners website (although the Hoops website event page is outdated-we are in the process of updating it). They are great people and the biggest Hoops 4 Healing fundraiser is coming up. It is an annual basketball tournament featuring area high school and college basketball teams. I thought I would post the event schedule here so interested Ohioans can check out the games. LifeBanc is supposed to be at the events and it should be a good few days of basketball. Details are below.
