Guest guest
, I get pain in that area as well. My first two cholangitis attacks it was bad enough that I needed pain meds for it; my doctors were a bit puzzled, but gave me the meds anyway. In between cholangitis episodes I get pain there sporadically but it's never been as bad as those first two episodes. Referred pain maybe, or maybe it's 'really' hurting in that area, but I do know it hurts. I know you're not imagining it! Guest guest
Well, as reassuring it is to hear it is not just me (or my imagination), I would rather you folks didn't have to go through it as well. I feel your pain! Sorry, couldn't help that one. My wife says I'm not that funny either. My doc says that even people that have an appendix problem/bursting sometimes have the pain radiate to the opposite side of the belly from what it is on as well. Sometimes there just isn't an appropriate explanation. They have checked my spleen with the countless cat/mri scans over the years and they don't see any significant signs of swelling. Keep the faith. Thanks for the help. in Minnesota
