Yea!! Another person with us!! Once I find a job and get back on insurance,

I'd like to try a chiropractor and getting massages again.

Know what I worry about? I ate like crap all through my 20's. I worry that it

might be too late to reverse all the damage I have done. That my arteries are

already a mess and God know what else I have done to myself. That's scary.

I'm right there with you girl! I just turned 30 yesterday and have vowed to

take care of myself much better than I did in my 20s. I'm also interested in

fasting and am going to talk to my dr. about going off my meds for a week or so

to cleanse my body. I've gotten to the stage where I'm taking this med to

counteract the side effects of that med and so on and I'm sick of it.

I plan on working with my acupuncturist and massage therapist to develop a

eating and herb plan that might help my pain. I'm tired of being tired and achy

all the time. I'm tired of always needing a nap at lunch, and I'm tired of not

eating well. Like they say in 12 step groups, " I'm sick and tired of being sick

and tired! "

I'm glad you are humping my bandwagon too!! LMAO

You know, it really is going to be great when alot of us really stick to this

and start reporting in a few months that we are feeling better than we have in

years. We can do it!!

Im humping on the bandwagon too!

Through some soul searching, Ive found that most often I am simply

sore and tired...and thats when I say it is a good day! Ive SO

forgotten what its like to feel good, energetic and " peppy " , without

thinking of the repurcussions later on...

I was on a good healthy diet a few months ago, and slipped back ino

hades when work started getting busier...since then, Ive cut my hours

(despite the boss's uproars) to about 20 a week, as compared to the

50+...leaving me time to excersize, eat healthier than a 1/2 bag of

chips on the go at work, and RELAX a bit. So far, so good, but do ind

I need a bit more support than what I have now to STAY on track.

Am gonna try to stop smoking too....

*crosses fingers*
