I gave up most carbs and sugars and feel a ton better. Just one chocolate Entemann's donut can drive me to my knees in pain. There must be some connection. I am slowly trying to work out - but as everyone here knows - it is SO hard. I try to explain to other people that I always feel like I've " overdid " it working out, without doing anything. So it is a bit scary wondering how I'll feel after doing actual exercise, but I have a few people with fibro who have really benefited from it. I've just been told to start slowly and not overdo it. We'll see how it goes. You'll be running to the bathroom and I'll be running to the masseuse!! :-) Hang in there!!!
Guest guest
Oh I wish I could go get a massage with you!! My boyfriend does a great job, but a professional can really get in there and work out the kinks. I walked for 45 minutes on the treadmill the other day. I felt great!! I live in an apartment complex and right behind my building is a Jacuzzi and pool. I'm going to start going there more, too. I'm sick of it and it is time for a change!! > > Hi all > > Well...I am just sick to death of having fibromyalgia. I'm sick of being > 33 years old and feeling like I am 70.
