Most often, when you find your optimal dose--the dose that removes all hypo symptoms-- your free T3 is at the top of range, if not over. Yours is only mid- range. Yes, your Ferritin was low enough last Dec. to correct it. Are you taking enough iron, though? For example, I have to take 2-3 325 mg.
