Will your doc prescribe Bentyl (dicyclomine) for the cramps? It has really

helped me greatly. Hope you are improving!

Hugs,

I was wondering are you eating dairy products?

You know, I've never thought about the dairy. I just LOVE ice cream! I think

I'll try to cut it out for a while to see if that has any affect. Thanks!

Hi ,

I have tried boifeedback, with some success in controling local

muscular tension, and even to a limited degree in helping to mitigate

the headaches I get. While nothing but drugs can stop a migraine in

it's tracks, biofeedback can help me to slow the onset from the first

aura, giving me time in some cases to get the meds into my system

before it gets too bad.

I don't know about clinics where you live, I learned this technique

in a pain management clinic I was sent to after breaking my back, and

adapted it for relieve of FM symptoms.

I highly recomend this for anyone, Mike
