Guest guest
I WISH I had appetite suppression!!!!!!! No such luck in this sector =( appetite supression I haven't had a " normal " appetite in two years. I can trace it back to a really bad bout with the flu. I've been losing a lot of weight the last 6 months or so. I'm at about 108 now and was 112 a month a go. The only thing I can recommend is eating 6 small meals a day. And eat the protein first. (e.g. if you have chicken and rice, eat the chicken first). Also try finding nutritional bars. Some aren't so bad. I like Oasis chocolate celebration and peanut butter chocolate. My question is: does anybody have a problem with appetite supression due to medication? I know Prozac does that. I feel hungry, but can't eat a whole meal. How do you deal with this?
