Hi Jeanne. Were you using a mercury thermometer, because that is

REALLY low for the afternoon and for someone on 3 1/2 grains. If

not, take your temp with the mercury thermometer and see what it

gives you.

If it was, it sounds like you might be one of those folks who would

do fine raising again this soon. Remember that it takes about 4-5

weeks for the conversion of T4 to T3 to show. But with your extreme

coldness, doesn't sound like you are anywhere near your optimal

dose. If it was me, I'd go to 4 grains....and see. You do what seems

right for you!!

Thanx Janie....well, I do not have a mercury ther. anymore....and

have not been able to find one here locally,,,suppose I should order

one then...have been using a digital...I actually have 3 of

those...and take temp. usually 3 times ...thinking that would help

wiht accuracy.lol...oh well....thought it was worth a try...any

hoo...I think I will increase a bit again as you suggested and

see....was so hoping I was finally there....will let you know what
