Guest guest
Anybody ever try magnets for pain? I have come across a website that talked about a couple of fibromyalgia sufferers getting relief using magnets. I have been trying magnets. But I am doing so many things it is hard to decide if they are helping or not. I mainly have CFS. Also Integris products. Everlasting and Everlasting support. Anybody every try them? They are supposed to be excellent for arthritis but people write that they help fibromyalgia. I have been a sugar junkie all my life. One day out of desperation I tried a product that was advertised in junk mail - Risotriene. The only thing I can say that it has done for me is fix my sugar cravings. I used to binge on sugar. If I ate even one sweet thing, it would set off a sugar binge for a couple of weeks until I could finally get off the sugar again. Risotriene is made by Integris. Since Risotriene is very good at least for blood sugar, I really want to know if the other products are as good. I'm impressed by the company literature but I get all kinds of junk mail for stuff that sounds good. It is too expensive to try everything. And yes, if you check my site you will see that I am a distributor for Integris. I became one to get the Risotriene at a good price. But I don't want to recommend the other products without knowing they are any good. I have some joint stiffness and have used the everlasting for a couple of weeks. They say it takes a while to take effect. I haven't noticed anything yet - too soon. Guest guest
--- I have magnets I bought from a Japanese company (Nikken?)10 years ago. They are shoe-magnets, i.e, they are cut to my shoe size and I wear them in my shoes. They do help. My energy goes up some and my leg pain is reduced. I can also suck them dry and have to let them set unused awhile. They will regenerate. When I have bowel discomfort, I can put them in an old panty hose leg and tie it around my hips with the magnet against my belly. The pain significantly reduces; the magnet will actually get hot. Explore " Magnet Therapy " on the internet and you will find info and products. Words of warning: Don't go to high in gauss strength until you know how you respond. Someone I know up and bought a magnetic mattress pad after a bad car accident and couldn't even stand it in the house at first. It made her nauseous. (my first few days with my shoe magnets, I was nauseous) She had to put it in the front hall, then the living room, the the landing, upstairs hall, in the bedroom...she had to get accustomed to it. It did help significantly. Word of warning - if you take fish oil supplements and use shoe magnets, your feet will smell like a fish market. In @y..., " Barbara F.
