Deb,

I've been vegetarian for 23 years and vegan for 8. I think the only

FMS symptom from which I do not suffer horribly is IBS or ANY GI

problems. I don't know if there is a connection, but I'm the only

vegetarian in my family, and they all have stomach/GI aflictions.
