You mentioned it being more nutritious than spinach, so I bought a bunch of red swiss chard. I LOVE it so much! I'm starting to feel the effects of my diet change. I'm also getting daily sunshine & walking. Yesterday I was able to clean a flat of strawberries all at one time, standing at the sink and cutting off the greens, getting them ready for the fridge. That was in the morning before I even took my bextra for the day. That's a big improvement, DH used to make me breakfast in the morning so I could take my meds, then I'd stay in bed till I felt ok enough to walk around and do anything. This morning I cleaned, chopped and prepared a breakfast of fresh garlic, onions, red swiss chard and spinach. It doesn't sound very much like a breakfast meal but it was what I wanted and my goodness it was great. I'm keeping a bowl of strawberries around for snacking too. I'm eating red fruits every day since I learned about the anti inflammatory properties they have. (Cherries, ruby red grapefruit, watermelon, berries etc) Jackie avonrepjackie@...
