Guest guest
Hey Group I spent all afternoon going over my Medical Records from 1997 til 2002, and underlining all the places where the Doctors referred to my Lupus as" Active., or Very Active!' They also described the rash in every examination report. They took several 'Punch' biopsies, and used the method of immuno- flourescence as well as dissecting and examining the specimens obtained using some kind of stain.....I can't remember what they called it. ......in these biopsy results reports, the specimens were said to be ' inconclusive, but highly suggestive of "Sub Acute Cutaneous Lupus" There were several lab reports that mentioned Positive Ana. with Speckled Pattern......I also noticed several that reported a " Moderate Positive for Sjogren's ". I finally found the first report where my Rheumatologist stated, " The Lupus was " Not Active at this time" It was Oct. 1999......so I guess I have been in remission for about five years.......can't wait to wave these pages in front of my New Rheumy's nose when he starts the ," I don't believe you ever HAD Lupus to begin with." Bull Crap again.
