just my opinion, but i think we have to get a good start on getting going in

the morning...before we start adding it in for the afternoon. if you never

get enough in the morning....the afternoon will not matter.

lol..i always disagree with the folks on this one. i guess i'm going by

personal experience. if i had divided my armour in the beginning...i don't know

if i ever would have started feeling well at all. as it was..in the early

months of armour, i got up to 1 1/2 in the morning before adding 1/2 in the

afternoon. but remember i had been about comotose...and I had to get where i

could

get up and function for a couple of hours....and that meant all the armour i

could get in the morning. to me, your body is straining too much in the

morning if it doesn't have the thyroid hormone it needs. but like i say, this is

just the way i see it. get it right in the morning...and then the afternoon is

easy to add in.

, here is your evening cuppa something yummy

to make you feel better. I musta been listening all these

months! I'm teachable, yaaay!! Thank you for your answer!

...

o If I were you I'd take the whole thing in the morning

o If I were you I'd take 1/4gr in the AM and 1/4 later in the day

o Oh, screw-it! If I were you I'd take the whole bottle and ask for

another!

o I think you're a baby to worry about such an insignificant amount,

anyway

No, it is IMPORTANT as Armour has T3 in it, which obviously this Doctor

doesn't understand how quickly T3 is in & out of your system. I would take 1/4

in the Am and 1/4 later in the day. Now it may not make a world of difference

YET, but is a fine habit to get into as when you increase your dosage it will

become more important. As that morning dose pumps up your metabolism more, you

will feel it DROP it in the afternoon when the T3 runs out.
