Guest guest Posted August 7, 2002 Report Share Posted August 7, 2002 I have had good luck with it, the only problem is getting 20 minutes to myself! without one of the boys yelling MOMMY!!!!!!! I have taken to waiting till they go to bed, and are FINALLY asleep popping in my tape, and it generally puts me off to never never land, with the help of doxepin, i scoffed at the doctor at first, but then decided heck i'll try anything once...it COULD help, never know, And for me, it DID. Hugs, God, Grant me the serenity to accept The things I cannot change The courage to change The things I can, And the wisdom to hide The bodies of Doctors I shot When they said, " You're perfectly healthy, It's all in your head. They hooked me up to a machine so that I could see which muscles I was moving and if I was moving them enough to get the desired results. It worked beautifully for me in this instance.
