Guest guest
I personally exercise 45 minutes 5 times a week doing aerobics and walking on a treadmill. I lift two pound weights and I do sit ups. I choose to do this so I feel better mentally, it gets rid of any stress I have. However it does make my fibromyalgia much worse. I also have myofacial pain syndrome and the exercise causes severe pain to radiate down my legs.

I agree with ya ....I'm right along with ya...when I exercise it just about knocks me down and out. I have found relaxation techniques are helping me. I've been checking into some water therapy and yoga classes myself, but like ya said what works for one..may not or may work for another. We are all different in our own lil' way. Guest guest
I think this is one of those if it works for one fibromite, it won't for another. I did try the exercise and it made me feel worse. The less I exercise and the more I relax and take it easy the better my body feels. - melanie@... To err is human - to forgive canine.
