strange rashes (not FMS related)

Starting early this summer, my daughter had a rash on her leg....I thought

it was poison ivy...it LOOKED like poison ivy...then I got a rash on my arm

and on my left flank.....it didn't itch unless I disturbed it...i've noticed

ALOT of people in my area have a very similar rash! I'm wondering if

there's some kind of weird bug or virus going around?
