Guest guest
Oh gosh, I hope this is not just a fluke that happened today and will never be again, but I could sing without gurggling tonight!! Ilost my ability to sing much many years ago, and this made me real sad, as I used to do theatre and even some light opera. Well, for years now, when I tried to sing anything other than low notes, I would have these awful uncontrollable, gurggling, cringing, ear-aching, spaztic noises coming out. Seriously, I don't mean a bad voice, I mean awful noises at random, LOL! Very awful. Well, I still sing to my cats once in awhile, and tonight something was different..the ear-piercing gurggle was gone. Gone! Oh course, my training has worn off after all these years (I had a trained voice and not really a natural voice....) But it looks like I jsut might be able to sing once more, if this keeps going on! As a kid I used to get nodes on my vocal chords sometimes where I would even totally lose my voice. Does anybody know if even that could have been a hypo thing? Oh, this little glimmer of hope is so exciting for me. Singing used to be the one other thing I really loved other than skiing, and the skiing was taken away from me as well...oh...please....just maybe...could it be possible... ~Inga
