I have since played around with it a little, skipping a day here and there... and I certainly feel better on the days that I drink this (awful) brew in the mornings. I drink a small amount of water,and almost a full t. spoon of salt, that way I can gulp it down in 2 big gulps while holding my breath and its not too bad. I have a quick drink of caffeine free diet pepsi as a chaser. BUT I DO FEEL BETTER! curious... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
