i hate all this crap it makes me so depressed i hate it so much. i

can't do the things i enjoy anymore cuz of the pain. it's like when

i have a few days of little pain then i have weeks of really bad

pain. so bad sometimes i have to walk with a cane. the pain is so

bad in my legs sometimes it causes me to fall. then i hurt other

parts of my body by falling. fibro and cfs makes me so mad.
