Guest guest
Does anyone know of a good exercise book or video for fibro? I have attempted walking and I think I am making myself worse. Thanks
Guest guest
Work on your trigger points FIRST. Once you are not in so much discomfort and once trigger points are not impairing the function of your internal organs, you may have more success. A short 36 hours into my first attempt at treating my own trigger points, strange things have happened. Started massaging my abdominal ones and I can suddenly FEEL my gut operating, even hear it! Funny, that is starting to give me a bit of energy. Clair Davies has a book on trigger points I bought from amazon.com, best money I ever spent. Also, if you are not sleeping very well, exercise will make you worse. Had any good dreams (or bad ones) lately? If you don't dream with regularity, you are not really sleeping, you get no REM and will have no stamina.
