Nurse Practitioner—position in County, Virginia. NP needed to assume

community health position with the Rural Health Outreach Program at Blue

Ridge Medical Center. Responsibilities include care management, preventive

health services, home visits, community based “Health Depots”, group

education, and consultation for school nursing staff. The work is primarily

with uninsured area residents including some special groups such as migrant
