I intend on using my husband as a witness when I go to the doc next time.

The doc is quite flexible...but felt uncomfortable giving me an Rx for more than

3 grains. I am on 4 1/2 grains. I tried to drop down for a week or so...and

the difference is unbelieveable....and my husband said he would tell the

doctor so - because there's no excuse in letting someone stay sick.

I would first just tell your doctor about your symptoms when you're on a

lower dose. That there's no doubt that hypo is risky for your bones...not to

mention the damage to your body - and especially the risk of heart attack. tell

him about your relatives and what they have said. tell him you've done the

research on osteoporosis and suppressed TSH...and that the research is just not

definitive. try all that...and see what happens. offer to sign the waiver for

liability. offer to get a bone scan and monitor your progress...cause i

think the doc will be surprised to see that Armour helps bones.

magnesium. Take planty of magnesium when you take calcium. I believe the

ratio is suppsed to be like twice as much magnesium as calcium....NOT twice

as much calcium as magnesium, which most formulations have.
