ok, on 25 mg t4 plus 3 grains armour, both thumbs, pointers have moons, the

other fingers moon. I added the t4 due to fatigue. Here is another thing. My

nail shape is fine but the texture is dry and brittle and the area where the

The other thing is when i have had some major stressor or notable change in

something...medication/diet/illness....anyway something that is negatively

during that time.
