This is the second birthday of my youngest granddaughter. One of my great, great grandfathers was born in Dublin on St. 's Day.

The fact that my son-in-law is British and some Brits still have issues with "the troubles" made me suggest to him that lind's birth was a very good reason to drink some Guinness -- although, given my druthers (and the ability to drink), I'd have a wicks.
