Guest guest
, Have you heard of Dr. Broda ' hypoglycemic diet? Might be worth a try. I know of another lady who has suffered terribly with hypoglycemia, dizziness, and panic attacks, and it has helped her immensely. > > Thank you all for the response to my Armour question. Guest guest
I've been following a low-glycemic diet for 2 years and it has completely relieved periods of hypoglycemia for me, which is what the original poster sounded like to me. Basically I don't eat grains or sugar, honey, etc. I avoid starchy veggies and fruits (potatoes and bananas) and eat a lot of fiberous veggies, meat, plenty of fat. --- In NaturalThyroidHormones , " " > , > > Have you heard of Dr. Broda ' hypoglycemic diet? Guest guest
I am glad this helps you. So, for instance, what kinds of things can you eat for breakfast? Lunch? Especially if grains are out? > > I've been following a low-glycemic diet for 2 years and it has > completely relieved periods of hypoglycemia for me, which is what the > original poster sounded like to me.
