Have you heard of Dr. Broda ' hypoglycemic diet? Might be

worth a try. I know of another lady who has suffered terribly with

hypoglycemia, dizziness, and panic attacks, and it has helped her

immensely.

I've been following a low-glycemic diet for 2 years and it has

completely relieved periods of hypoglycemia for me, which is what the

original poster sounded like to me. Basically I don't eat grains or

sugar, honey, etc. I avoid starchy veggies and fruits (potatoes and

bananas) and eat a lot of fiberous veggies, meat, plenty of fat.

I am glad this helps you. So, for instance, what kinds of things

can you eat for breakfast? Lunch? Especially if grains are out?
