I feel horrible

I went to my rhemetoligist last week and he put me on 20 mg. of

predisone for 2 weeks then he is going to switch to something

else.The reason for the predisone is I am have nueorpathy (?) and it

is causing intense itching burning in my shoulders so bad it is

waking me up at night. It is bad enough being tired all the time

with sleep but losing my sleep is killing me. I already take bextra

10/20 mg. a day and it is not doing anything for this so called

flare I seem to be in.My rhuemetoligist also told me that I had a

low completent test last year that was indicitive of lupus. This is

all so confusing but is it possible to have lupus with my symptoms ?

which are aches, in muscles and joints, sometimes sores in my nose,

ears,mouth, i have the foggy part down pat

but that is a whole different story. I also have reynaurds symptom.

The part is I have yet to have a anti-ana test come back positive,

but have had a elevated sed rate and rhuemetoid factor elevated. I

did not know I would need a college education to just understand

what is going on.lol so to say I have only been going through this

since 2001 would make me a relative newcomer to this disease. I read

all the messages but lately have felt so yucky I relly have no

desire to respond to any. I hope this goes away soon.
