Guest guest
> Hi Everyone. I am looking to find out if anyone can > recommend any > good books on CFS/Fibro that I can read and also > have my Husband > read so we can learn more. There are so many books > on the subject > and I don't where to start. Thanks Hi ! Here are the three books which have helped me the most: The first is " Inside Fibromyalgia " by Mark J. Pellegrino, MD. He's a doc who has fibro and you'll find you can really relate to everything he says. His suggestions for nutritional supplements are very helpful. Or at least have been for me. The next is " Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain: A Survival Manual " , by Devin J. Starlany and Ellen Copeland. Again, this one is written by people who have the illness and know what they're talking about. If you don't buy any other book, then buy this one! And lastly, " The Fibromyalgia Advocate " , by Devin J. Starlanyl. Hope these help!! - __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi ... Our book chic just left for London...I am sure others have read a bunch of good books, and hopefully they can help you. But, Irene is a bookworm. I am sure that it would benefit you to email her at patidu@..., and I am sure she would be happy to get back to you when she returns...
