Hello everyone!

I'm new to the list and will post more info about

myself shortly, but I wanted to ask a question

first...

Regarding this vegetarian diet: What about those of

us who are hypoglycemic? I've always understood that

I needed protein to keep my blood sugar stable, and

that fruit is usually a no-no. Can anyone give me

some insight into this? Veggies have just never

seemed to do a thing to keep by blood sugar dips at

bay.
