Guest guest
Well gang, I had an epidurla injection today for the pain, numbness in my arms and hands and headaches. I also helps with overall systemic inflammation. It went well, but hurts like the doggy! Has anyone else tried this. It has really help me. I am still in a flare, but I am coming around (somewhat) to a human again. I, like many of you, have brain fog something terrible. I just tell all my friends and family to know up front that I will probably ask them the same thing amillion times and forget who I told what to. Also, I am very dependable, but these days I tell folks to ALWYAS call and remind me of what they need me to do the night before! ha! Part of the memory thing is also from my hypothyroidism. Ah well, such is life. Hey, I am still here, I can still love on my children today..and I realize that I am not garunteed a tomorrow in this life. SO, I am happy and feel blessed to be alive..even on the bad days...even when they are sticking needles in your spine! ha! It is very comforting knowing that so many of you are out there living life too in spite of our set backs. We should just try to see the blessings around us right? It is 4:30 in the morning and, as usual, I am having a hard time sleeping! love to all -
