Guest guest
Hi everyone, I want to thank you again for all your kindness in joining this group, and to let you know about a book I was given that I think every one with fibro should have. It's called fibromyalgia & chronic myofacial pain, a survival guide. Its written by devin starlanyl and mary ellen copeland. In the last few days of reading it, it has taught me an incredible amout about this horrible illness. and it gives tips on how to make life easier. On another note reguarding the post about what jobs you can take when you have fibro, I recently quit my extremely stressfull job to become an artist full time, but before I quit I found that switching my hours to graveyard shift helped quite a bit. If this is an option for any one, I think it may help. Businesses tend to be slower at night. hope this helps, tracy
