Guest guest
Hello Laughing Bear:) Good for you!! I wish you the absolute best on the changes you have decided to make:) I know that it will help you as it did me, and besides, what do you have to lose! Peace and blessing always and forever, Mick Laughing Bear wrote:First thanks to all that send in the jokes etc. every smile or grin seems leads down the road to a good life much faster then the meds. Second: I am going to go on a vegan diet with juice as a mainstay. I believe that all the animal products are way too filled with hormones, antibiotics and things I would rather not know about let alone ingest.. I know it is a good diet by the way it helps the body feel light and full of energy. Third, I exercise everyday by walking my dogs. I used to walk all over then the fibro started demanding it's due and I can only walk about six or seven blocks a day. I know that by listening to my body it is the only way to exercise. I have not tolerance for anything over a certain point. We all are different and must use our own bodies as a guide as far as exercise goes. Point was well said about us each being different and our bodies acting different with this disease. I wish everyone on this quest to find health for themselves much success. I personally want to hear everything, all ideas, maybe I or someone else can adapt or use them straight from someone else. No one is righter then the other. It , fibro, hits each of us differently and the same. It is one of the reasons it has been so elusive to diagnosis. This is a great group glad I have found all of you Sent with peace and love Laughingbear/Oshun Dragon
