A hot bath will also warm me up, but the shower doesnt. I think its the total submerge that does it! I have done very good today! Two half-decaf coffees, two diet pepsis, and one of those was decaf. But now I have a headache and took excedrin... so thats more caffeine. I am getting there though! Tomorrow, I am going to TRY to skip coffee totally and see what happens. It doesnt give me any boost anyway. Ill just have to soak in more hot bubble baths! Oh, the life of luxury is fine. Yeah, right! Id have a three year old screaming at me underneath the door, three dogs needingto go out to pee, and a 5 year old girl stomping down the hall with attitude!
