Yup, 60 mg is equal to 1 grain. 1 grain of Armour is equal to about

74 mcg of Synthroid. 1 mcg of T3 is equal to about 4 mcg of T4. 1

grain of Armour has 38 mcg T4 and 9 mcg T3.
