Guest guest
Dear Shirley & all of the girls, I had a total hysterectomy 8 years ago. For the first two years, I took the hormone pills that my docs prescribed, but then I stopped because I didn't like the side effects. Since then, I have balanced my hormonal system by taking soy isoflavones, 2x the doses of: senior vitamins w/ lutin (I struggle w/ Sjorgen's in my eyes), calcium, magnesium, and vitamin C. I also drink alot of green teas (several yummy flavors: my favorite is just like Constant Comment), Black Cohosh, and hot lemon water (NO sweetenings). Also, the combination of garlic & cayenne (Capsicum) really cleanse the body's systems. Although nothing is a complete cure, I like the " natural " ways of dealing with my auto-immune diseases (and my doctors are in agreementw/ me!! Go Figure!! LOL). Love & light,
