Milk Thistle

I started taking milk thistle a few months ago. My question is weather

I need to stop taking it from time to time, or I can take it for years

with no bad side effects?

Has anyone had any problems with it in the long or short run?

I've been taking it since shortly after PSC

diagnosis in 2000, with my hepatologist's blessing ("It won't hurt

anything"). I did not take it without confirmation from the

hepatologist that it was OK. Check the research at 's site -
