Hello, I have a long question pertaining to domestic violence and people who are not in the United States legally. Is it true that an undocumented woman can file for a waiver of deportation if there has been substantiated domestic violence in the home as long as the woman has been married for two years? I believe INS form 360 covers this, however, what does a woman in the same situation do if she has not been married two years or if she is not married at all but has been with her partner for a long time? Does she have any recourse? To Post a message, send it to: Groups To Unsubscribe, send a blank message to: -unsubscribe
