Sorry I haven't been around much the last few days. My sister-in-law

from Virginia has been here with her four kids. They got in last

Tuesday, and will be with us until tomorrow morning, provided her car

gets fixed by then. You want a nightmare life, hers is a doosie.

They lost thier home in the last hurricane, and should be able to

start building on their new one, sometime in August or September.

They lost their car in the hurricane, too, so had to take some of the

house insurance monies to get a " new " one, which she then wrecked in

a car accident here a few months ago. Her husband works for a

company that contracts with the airforce base, and quite a few times

he " forgets " to come home at night. Once he was gone for four days

(I won't say what I really feel about that). She takes care of her

mother-in-law, who has alzimers, cancer and diabetes and does not

know who anyone is. Two of the children have untreated teen

depression (cause daddy does not want his children on meds, they

should just grow up). He kindly consented to let her go on this

trip. Last time she was here it was because her mom had a heart

attack, and she had to tell her husband she was going. He made life

a living **** when they got back. Now, he feels he needs to " get

away from it all " and is going to sign up for the team from work

going to Iraq for a year (can you all tell what we think of him?)

So, we are glad she can come and her and the kids get a break from

life on the east coast. I just hope I can maintain until tomorrow.

They are fairly understanding as to why I need to go to bed early.

Her four year old son trails me around the house, and at times I just

want time alone!

Anyways, am still interested in getting the MN/WI group together.

Will have to continue later, though. Have to get my daughter to

church. Her turn to watch the babies.
