It's the anti-inflammatory properties in red fruits that do it. Cherries, watermelon, ruby red grapefruits, strawberries etc. I've been having red fruits and an occasional red bell pepper because I like them raw since I learned about this. I'm seeing improvements. I know they do sell cherry juice concentrate and capsules at websites and health food stores but I haven't gone that route yet since it's summer and I have plenty of fresh fruits to choose from.
