question about strange pain

I have been having a strange pain lately and I wonder if anyone else

has felt something similar. It feels like someone is squeezing the

bottom of my ribs towards each other. It kind of pushes the breath

out of me and it makes me groan a little. It happened last night and

this afternoon. The pain comes in little waves for about 15 - 20

minutes. I feel a little bit better if I kind of bend over while

standing. Does this sound familiar to anyone? It kind of felt like

being socked in the stomach combined with...hmmm...squeezing of some

sort. It is hard to describe. I would appreciate any feedback.
