Guest guest
My husband just handed me an article from The Wall Street Journal. It's SCARY! Until about 20 years ago, nearly all hospitals washed the lab coats and scrubs at the end of the day, but that has changed. Many doctors admit that they wash them about once a week. AND, they sometimes wear them outside the hospital (perhaps to a local restaurant), picking up even more bacteria. The whole article is in the Jan. 8th WSJ and is "Hospital Scrubs Are a Germy, Deadly Mess" by Betsy McCaughey. Penny
