Guest guest
Johh, Welcome to the group. I've just joined myself. You're right, it is very helpful knowing that there are others that understand, and have " been there " . Don't beat yourself up about the alcoholism. It is sad, a shame, but you should not feel like the pancreatitis is punishment of some kind. It is simply the body acting/reacting to certain conditions. On top of everything else, I wouldn't want to see you going around carrying a massive amount of guilt. I hope that you are blessed with good doctors. They will make all the difference in the world. I hope that you do not have chronic pancreatitis. I wouldn't wish that on anyone in the world. Sincerely, Verne
