Things I couldn't live without as a Lupie

I would like to share with you a few things that help me alot and I

just love that might help you, too. For the everyday aches and pains

we have, I couldn't live without my good old Bed

Buddy. You can buy them at any drugstore or make one from an athletic

sock. Just fill

it with uncooked rice and sew up the ends. You can put it in the

microwave to heat it up and literally " wear " it around your aching

neck. It conforms better than a heating pad for places like necks.

Another product I have found that I LOVE.. is Canus Lait de Chevre

Goat's milk products. Most people have never heard of it unless you

live in the New England area where they sell it in many stores. I got

a bottle of their lotion while I was in

the hospital last time from a friend. They sell it in most hospital

gift shops

because it is so mild and non allergenic. They make a body wash, too.

I am unable to use most skin care products due to reactions. I have

been using this for a while now and still no reactions. And it makes

my tired skin feel great!

I haven't found it any stores down here, but they do have a website

if your

hospital doesn't carry it.I know goat's milk sounds weird, but it's

the best products I have ever used. I think they make it in France..

the name means goat's milk in French, I think.

If any of you have favorite products that are just great with our

disease, I would love to hear about them.

Sunny
