Lynn, do you have a source which you would recommend for kefir starter?

I have been making yogurt lately, but Ithink I need to switch to kefir then.

I imagine my yogurt incubater will be the right temp for the kefir as well,

right?

get started with, the only other expense is the cost of milk. Kefir has a

multiplicity of natural probiotics in a much greater complex than what is

found in yogurt. Unfortunately what's available commercially is of minimum

value, so do-it-yourself incubation is the best way to go.
