Things like the body needs thyroid to repair itself during the night, and your body is much more depleted in the morning if you don't have the night time dose. I'm wondering if the meds at night is too stimulating for me. The dreams occur anywhere from 3 am to 8 am. The two I remember are dreaming I had a test that day that I hadn't studied for, and that I had a research paper due that day that I hadn't started on. And it's been 15 years since I left graduate school and had tests or research papers! I always was a procrastinator, maybe it's just weighing heavy on my mind? I think I also had a dream about my father and also a former job. What are " venting " dreams? Lynn
Guest guest
> I'm finding that I now experience very vivid dreams, and they're usually about a situation that I'm glad to wake up from. Has anyone else had this experience with bedtime doses? Since I've started Armour I am having some crazy ass dreams. I don't take a bedtime dose yet though, it'd keep me from experiencing dreams or even sleep, since it wires up up so much.
