Hello Marie,

Could you tell us the best water to drink? With tap water we are getting all

sorts of chemicals and with bottled water, most likely they are only running

tap water through filters that can be dirty when at the almost end of their

use. Someone told me about drinking distilled water instead. Any comments

on that?

With our food being tampered with by changing its structure and with so much

in the news these days about how they thought we should do this and now find

that we shouldn't and should have been doing other things they advised

against, many of us are major confussed! Also they say that soy is good for

many things, but for most of us with fibro that have a problem with thyroid,

such as in hypothyroid, we are not doing ourselves any good to use soy

because it makes it worse.

Anymore, I don't know what to eat and what not to eat. Even fruits are bad

for some of us with hypoglycemia and juice is out for those of us with

diarria and heartburn. Avocodos are good for this, but bad for that and on

and on and on. I gave up on it all myself, after spending a fortune to eat

and still not getting anywhere. One could cook home cooked meals that are

better for us, but when sick, tired, overwhelmed and confused, the last thing

I want to do is cook.

I used arobic type dance for years to feel better, but can no longer do it.

I was an Olympic paced runner and exersized four hours a day, but the pain

for me was worse than my mates that were doing the same things. Now I cannot

even dance one song through and that change took one week to happen. One

week I could dance all night long through the pain and with pain killing

assistance and the next week I was too out of breath to dance through one

song and the docs won't listen or help. Can you assist us or me here?
