Guest guest
Ive been hyper before, I had Graves once-upon-a-time (I-131).... and this WAS one of my symptoms back then... quick to become REALLY angry, and way out of proportion to the situation. Its a rage almost, that once it starts I could really go on and on until I had a heart attack (it feels). Heart pounding, short breath, shaking...) This is THE ONLY symptom I have of hyper, but I have ALL of those horrid symptoms of hypo. (I self adjusted to to 150mg of armour without my docs OK, from 120 mg. I had been on 150 (I think) of synthroid before. Does this really ugly anger sound like a hyper thing... or just more crap/another day? Ive experienced this about three times in the last week and a half or so....
Guest guest
I'm not signing my name but, unfortunately, it really fits. The cortisone (one pellet 3x day, now day 6) really helped and I'm on my official day two of 1/4gr AM and 1/4gr afternoon. ....(no name) Ive been hyper before, I had Graves once-upon-a-time (I-131).... and this WAS one of my symptoms back then... quick to become REALLY angry, and way out of proportion to the situation. Guest guest
what you are talking about when hyperT/Graves is very lovingly referred to 'Graves Rage' and it is not a good thing! lol. Just ask my hubby! He was on the receiving end of at least one good Graves Rage rampage I had. I have a pretty nasty temper, but this was like nothing I'd ever experienced in my life. It was so bad, all I could think of was getting the gun out of my dresser drawer. I called my oldest son instead and talked to him. If not for that, I shudder to think what could have happened. I had one agenda that night, and that was impressing upon dear hubby that I 'meant business'. It almost cost me to yank one of my co-workers up from behind her desk too. I saw nothing but red, and I was just blinded. If I had made the mistake of putting my hands on her, I'd have been on the 6 o clock news, cuz I'd have not turned her loose till she was not breathing. I don't miss those days at all. I still have a temper, but it is nothing like when I got sick with hyperT/Graves. It was uncontrollable and you never knew when it was going to come out. Like one night when a lady in a nice shiney new car cut in front of me to get a parking space at walmart. I'm not even going to admit what I did. Under normal circumstance, I wouldn't have done anything, but maybe call her an ugly name and go about my business. My son was so stunned he could not believe I did what I did. They were all quite glad at work and at home that I got on atd's and calmed down a bit. It could come on at the drop of a hat. I am referred to at work as the 'pit bull', but I work with women who take random acts of kindness as stupidity, and that ends up coming back to bite them when they don't expect it. SandyE~Houston quick anger=hyper on armour? Guest guest
>>So my suggestion again for those who can take supplements is to start out with a good broad spectrum supplement so you are not fragmenting. Find one that you can tolerate whether it be tablets, capsules, powder or liquid. Oral Chelation would be my choice to start. Then do some of the cleansing and get your main building blocks in place. Even with the problems I am facing today I know that I will respond quickly to new therapies because of the supplementation and cleansing that I have done in the past.<< While I respect what has worked for you, I don;t believe supplementation and particularly cleanses are the answer for everyone. I have never done either to any extent. I ma getting VERY healthy again especially mentally. My brain fog and temper tantrums are behind me! Getting the thyroid in the right dosage and holding it there has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, " You're next. " They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals

Guest guest
Hard to say, but I was temperamental both from hyper and hypo, but at a correct dose I am SO mellow! Course if anyone messed with any of my pets, all bets are off, still! *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, " You're next.
