I am a psychologist at College in Portland, OR conducting a survey on

personality, coping, happiness, and well-being. I am studying whether certain

personality traits are related to coping styles, which in turn may predict

different kinds of well-being and happiness. The administrator of this site

gave me permission to post this notice asking you to participate. The survey

should take 15 minutes to complete.

Participation is voluntary. Participants are not asked to give their name, and

confidentiality of the survey is assured. Participants may choose to enter a

lottery to receive an amazon.com gift certificate by providing an e-mail address

that will be separated from the survey data.

If you are at least 18 years old, an American citizen, and you wish to

participate, please click this link (or paste into a new window):

No one from this site will know whether or not you choose to participate.

Thank you very much for your time!

Members,

I wanted to let you all know that this is entirely up to you whether

or not you want to participate or not.

Like Ms Maxim mentioned, no one here in the group will ever know

whether you participated or not or what your results are.

I have all the confidence that Ms, Maxim is not out to hurt any of us

and understands what we are coping with.

Again, if you chose to participate it is none of our business and

don't feel the need that you have to share or not as to whether or

not you chose to do so.

Hope this helps you all.

Hugs
