Guest guest
Another clinic visit today! Chris's liver numbers look great! He is still having issues with drainage though. One of the doctors said they could either admit him and insert a drain or they could do an ultrasound guided pericentesis. He did not want to be admitted so they scheduled him for the peri this afternoon. They didn't drain very much fluid-about 350 ml. The drainage has slowed down quite a bit since though. Hopefully once the drainage stops he'll be more mobile. He's actually getting around pretty well when he gets up but he's had so much drainage that it's been difficult to get up and about much. His color continues to improve and his liver numbers are getting closer to normal. The 'experts' seem to think that his liver is doing very well! Thanks again for all of the prayers and support.
