Guest guest
Pleurisy= http://www.healthsquare.com/mc/fgmc0405.htm It hurts like crazy every time you take a breath. The soft tissue covering the lungs (lining) sticks to the muscles and ribs when you inhale and when you let the air out it rips off. Sounds as painful as it is. I am happy for you about getting a place with your mom. It will be better for you both and your child too. Hungtington Beach is nice, I remember it well. I wish I still had my mom. No matter how old you are you always miss your parents when they are gone. I still wish I could pick up the phone and call her nearly every day. We were close. I am 57 and she died in the 94 Northridge earthquake. My dad died when I was a kid. I came up North here to look for a house for her. She wanted to move up here and had her home for sale. My husband got laid off so we thought it was our chance to get out of the San Valley (weekly earthquakes, crime etc.). She didn’t make it here and we did. She lives in Hungtington Beach. Her lease on her home ends in September and mine is in October. She doesnt want me getting penalized for breaking my lease but I am going to look into it to see if they can do that when its an emergency medical reason. I cant be alone, especially with an infant. My mom lives 45 minutes from me so I would say I need to be closer to her. She's been looking at a house that is 4 bedrooms, which still gives her the office she needs and I get my own room and so does my son....finally! She took me out shopping today for my son. Bought lots of things for him in CA ..
Guest guest
hi cheryl- so sorry to hear about your mom. i totally remember that rattler. i was living in pomona when it hit. That was one of the worse ones we've had here. Yes living with my mom will be the best thing for me. I would have to either put my things in storage or sell it all and I dont want to do that cause man I got it all for free and i love my things. This was my first place by myself and Im proud of what I have done. But for the sake of my health, I'll do it all. My mom plans on getting a bigger house so maybe I dont have to get rid of most of my things. Hopefully! I have a king size bed that I just bought a a $75 frame for it so I couldnt stand loosing it. lol. Today was a rough day. My sister and mom and I had to go through my grandmothers things and figure out what we wanted. Tears ran down our faces as we saw things she wore at certain holidays, sweaters she wore all the time, certain jackets and pants. i took a lot of things today, some things that were her favorite. My grandfather is still have such a hard time that I tried to get him laughing, which it worked! Had only one episode today where I had a rough time breathing. So the albuterol is working. Wondering if it is asthma or pleurisy. I have been sleeping in late in the mornings but going to bed at night cause I just cant get comfortable. I have to have a pillow inbetween my legs cause it bugs the heck out of me if my legs touch and they either have to hang off of the bed or be nice and cool. If I get hot, its a disaster. Is that considered restless legs? My mom finds me every morning twisted in the comforter. Well I better get going I hear my son beating the heck out of his highchair. He just got a new piano and he loves it. He has to have something cause he loves the keyboard and my mom will get mad if he breaks hers. hahaha. Hope you had a great weekend and you take care of yourself. Wish I could join you guys with your get together. With me all the way in Southern Cali, and not able to drive, kind of doesnt help. I would love to get together with other people whom are going through what im going through or have already been through it. Have a great one! in CAlyle-cheryl wrote: Pleurisy= http://www.healthsquare.com/mc/fgmc0405.htm It hurts like crazy every time you take a breath.
